The Southwest Seattle Historical Society is grateful to our dedicated garden volunteers Kerry Korsgaard, Judy Maginnis, Judy Demetre, and Marilyn Miller, who have donated their time and expertise to maintain our Riverside Memorial triangle, which is located at 3810 17th Ave SW, just off West Marginal Way and almost directly beneath the West Seattle Bridge.
The Historical Society is also incredibly grateful to Conrad Cipoletti and the the group of community members he has mobilized to maintain the park on a regular basis. The efforts of Conrad and his neighbors guarantee that the park remains a welcoming memorial that will continue to showcase the history of our community for generations to come. The memorial triangle features a series of bricks that recognize the resident families of the historic Riverside neighborhood.
